I finally made Payperpost!

My blog has been around for a little over a year now, with the bulk of it's focus being on quirky food reviews, and kitchy travel guides. And while it's a lot of fun getting to report about all my daring travels throughtout the US, and eventually beyond. Things are difficult because I do have an unsponsored blog and it means that I have to find time in my busy day to update, when I could be working for pay, or relaxing.

But after slaving away for what seems like forever, I've finally made it! My site got accepted into Payperpost roughly a month ago today!

For those of you who aren't familiar, payperpost is the mecca of blog advertising sites. They have literally hundreds of opportunites for you to get paid to blog!! Which makes things a lot easier on my end now that I'm not worrying about how I'm going to afford to throw away a half and hour every day blogging on here.

Even if it is about 2 of my favorite things--cheese and travel!

For those of who are currently running your own blogs, or considering starting your own blog, but are worried about taking the time out every day, consider this: Payperpost's tasks are on average $5 ea and require 200 words or less. As a semi-pro writer it takes me 1/2 hr to pen 500 words, which means that in less than 15 mins, I can make $5, and in 1 hr, I can make $10!

Now just imagine what you can do in an hour...or two...or three...

And there's no definite commitment to any post. You can opt to either take, or not take an opportunity based on your own views, and your blogs following. So you'll never have to promote Viagra in your blog on Design Kid's Clothing, or Pilgrim's Pride in your Vegan Cooking blog!
